This seminar is an activity in the series of exchange programs of 3 VHNT Hanoi – Hue and Ho Chi Minh City, towards the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 – October 10 Most country (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).

The results of the seminar were also a scientific basis for the Union of Vietnam Association of VHNT to develop a strategy for developing culture and culture in the new situation.

“Hanoi Day” in Ho Chi Minh City
