Launching the 7th Young Fine Arts Festival in 2024
Young Fine Arts Festival is organized to honor and recognize the creative achievements of young artists in the cause of building and developing Vietnamese art.

On 13/5, in Hanoi, the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) held the 7th Fine Fine Arts Festival in 2024.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong emphasized: Young Fine Arts Festival is an activity chaired by the Ministry, coordinating with relevant agencies and units. Every 2 years, showing the interest of the Party and the State with advanced Vietnamese art imbued with national identity, artists, sculptors, young Vietnamese artists from 18 -35 years old.
This is an important cultural and artistic activity in 2024 to summarize the creative labor process of the authors, honor the typical and excellent artworks composed from 2022-2024 of the artist. Age from 18-35. Festival is also a cultural event to meet the needs of spiritual life and increasing arts of the people, contributing to socio -economic development, and an opportunity for cultural exchanges and menstrual exchanges solution; Reflecting the difficulties, advantages, viewpoints, and writing views in the process of creating art of artists, sculptors, young artists in Vietnam. Thereby showing that generations of young generations continue their predecessors in the development of Vietnamese art and contribute to the construction and defense of the Fatherland.
According to the rules, other artists, sculptors, artists from 18-35 years old, Vietnamese citizens in the country and Vietnamese living abroad can participate. The entrance works have free themes. The Organizing Committee encourages works of humanity, good direction, and positively reflecting contemporary social life; Compose of the country’s characters and events.
Each author is sent to attend 3 works/set of works. The works submitted to participate in young art festival are composed for 2 years (2022-2024), not yet sent to participate in national art events organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The works of the art form of painting, graphics, sculpture, installation art, performing art, artistic art and other contemporary art forms.

After the first round selection results, the Organizing Committee plans to receive the work directly in October 2024.
The organizers will award 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 9 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes for excellent works. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 2 co -prizes to the work as a graduation project of students of art schools.
