“Chạm Vị Nhân Sinh”: A Journey to Explore Human Values and Emotions in Living Spaces
The multi-sensory exhibition “Chạm Vị Nhân Sinh” took place at the Hanoi Opera House from July 11 to July 13, 2025. As a journey to explore human values in living spaces, the exhibition was carried out by Van Phu – Invest Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company with the aim of spreading the spirit of creating connecting “touchpoints” for Vietnamese people, not only in urban spaces but also through destinations rich in cultural value; simultaneously affirming Van Phu’s “human-centric” (vị nhân sinh) development orientation by placing People at the core.

Real estate and the story of human life
Van Phu – Invest embodies the philosophy of “Human-Centrism” —placing people at the center. “Touching the Taste of Life” clearly expresses this concept, helping visitors visualize an ideal home through exploring a multi-dimensional space where senses are activated and emotions are evoked.

Mr. Dinh Xuan Thang, Deputy General Director of Van Phu – Invest Investment Joint Stock Company, shared: “We are telling the story of a philosophy that has accompanied Van Phu for over two decades. There, every meter of land is measured by human emotions and the desire to ‘belong.'” The xuyên suốt message of “Touching the Taste of Life” is: A living space must have emotion, a place where people find peace, development, and connection.
Interactive experience
“Chạm vị nhân sinh combines 360° Lighting Art projection with modern interactive technology. Immediately upon stepping in, visitors find themselves in a world of images and sounds. It recreates the flow of: Architecture – Culture – Life.
The exhibition features many different “Touch” zones, each offering a unique experience:
- “Multi-sensory Touch”: This area is the starting point, where architecture, art, and people meet. Light, sound, and images blend, creating an open space. 360-degree Mapping projection technology immerses the viewer in a virtual world. Human-centric values are recreated through different periods.

- “Touch to Understand”: This area focuses on the personal connection with the living space. Visitors interact with a technology system. They can “set up a character” from their portrait and answer lifestyle questions to find their “Ideal Human-Centric Space”. This approach helps each person better visualize their own ideal home.
- “Green Touch”: This space addresses the importance of nature in life. Visitors manually “weave” green patches on the interactive screen. They convey messages about a life in harmony with nature.
- “Touch of Elevation & Touch of Connection”: These two areas focus on personal emotional experience and community connection. Music, light, and interactive elements are used to guide the viewer. The goal is to decode emotions and return to the language of love and connection. This is where everyone clearly perceives the value of empathy and sharing.

The exhibition also featured a one-on-one living space consultation activity combined with a digital game. Customers participated in an interactive game. Afterwards, they received personalized advice on suitable living spaces.
“Chạm vị nhân sinh” is a strong message about the importance of emotion and human values in building living spaces. The exhibition showed that real estate is a place to nurture happiness, cultivate humanistic values, and connect the community. This event “touched” the hearts of visitors, providing a memorable experience and opening up a new perspective on life.
